Charles Casper

Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. He was a firefighter for the Los Angeles City Fire Department for 50 years as well as serving for the United States Army. Charles was a man of faith and was passionate about sharing God’s Word with all who would listen. Charles was married to his wife Mila for 47 years, before she passed in 2013. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. Charles was passionate about studying scripture, growing his palm trees, and taking care of others. He remained a faithful servant to our community and his church, Shepherd Church in Porter Ranch where his services will be held on July 23rd, 2021 at 2:30pm.
